Weik.io Dedicated
Weik.io Dedicated is a Weik.io installation that the Weik.io team installs, upgrades, backs up and monitors for you in your own cloud account or data centre. Everything the installation stores stays in your account, the backups included, and every action of the team goes through your installation's sign-in and appears in its audit log.
What the Weik.io team does
At the start, an engineer from the team designs the installation with you, on one server or on three servers across zones. The team installs the hub and the sites your integrations need, connects your identity provider such as Microsoft Entra ID, and helps your developers build and deploy the first integrations.
While the installation runs, the team watches Health and the problems it raises and acts on them. Backups go to your own storage with immutable copies that no key can delete early, and a standby hub is kept restored and ready. Telemetry and the audit trail are forwarded to your monitoring tools, and the certificates of the hub and the gateways are obtained and renewed automatically.
New releases are installed on a schedule you agree, with a backup before each upgrade, and an upgrade rolls back with one command.

Where it runs
Weik.io Dedicated runs in Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Hetzner, UpCloud or your own data centre, on Linux x86-64 hosts. Sites run wherever an agent can reach the hub on port 443: in the same account, in another cloud or inside a factory network.
How Weik.io is put together shows the hub, the sites and the network flows, and Security lists the controls your installation has.
How it starts
A call
You tell the team which systems your integrations connect and which rules your installation has to follow.
A design session
An engineer from the Weik.io team designs the installation with your architect: the servers, the sites, the network, identity and backups.
The installation
The team installs the hub and the sites in your account, connects your identity provider and sets up the backups and the standby hub.
Handover
Your team gets its accounts, the first integrations run, and support starts with the response times you agreed.
Price
The price depends on the number of servers and sites and on the support hours you need, and it excludes VAT.
Questions
Who owns the cloud account?
Your organisation owns the account and everything in it, the installation and its backups included.
Can your own team take over the operation?
Yes, at any time, because it's the same open source Weik.io under the Apache License 2.0 that you can run yourself.
Does Adafy see your data?
Only through the installation's sign-in, with the access you give, and every action is in your audit log.
Can sites run in factories and offices?
Yes, an agent at a site connects out to the hub on port 443, and the site opens no inbound port.
